The residential complex “Noy” is located in the Malatia-Sebastia district, on Leningradyan St. 21/13, in the existing residential cluster with developed infrastructure and convenient transport accessibility.

“D6 Symphony Tower” is located at Yerevan, administrative district Davtashen, st. Davtashen 6, 40/1, 14 above-ground floors with 72 apartments, two-level underground parking, 2 floors of commercial spaces, landscaped area.

“Nairi” residential community is located 5 km from Halabyan Street, Yerevan. The community covers an area of 3.5 hectares. It contains 2 blocks – residential and public.

The idea behind the project was to design a residential building in the city that represents and reflects its coastal surroundings.

The “TRIANGLE” Commercial Complex features a striking architectural design that not only captures attention but also maximizes functionality. The triangular structure, a symbol of balance and progress, is a visual representation of the dynamic synergy within.

The “Pointed” Commercial Complex is characterized by its distinctive pointed structure, representing a fusion of form and function. Comprising an array of retail spaces, offices and leisure areas, “Pointed” is a versatile hub designed to cater to the evolving needs of businesses and visitors alike.

A private house designed to embody both comfort and style. Nestled within a peaceful neighborhood, this residence seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. The architectural design strikes a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal, with thoughtfully curated spaces that cater to the needs of contemporary living.

The private house “Miami” embodies the spirit of sophistication, seamlessly blending modern design with the vibrant energy of Miami living. The project entails the meticulous design and construction of a two-story residential haven.

“JELLYFISH” is a new conceptual tropical island in Yerevan. There is no line separating the golden sand from the pool. The walls are covered with white plaster, while the floors with ceramic tiles of large dimensions in light gray color.
